CDR-H3/C2
Overview
CDR-H3/C2 is a 16-amino-acid cyclic peptide derived from the third heavy chain complementarity-determining region (CDR-H3) of antibodies, with the sequence CDLIYYDYEEDYYFDC. The peptide is cyclized via a Cys1-Cys16 disulfide bond. It has demonstrated the ability to inhibit HIV-1 replication by binding to the V3 variable region of HIV-1 gp120 and blocking viral-host cell interaction.
