CEF Peptides
Overview
CEF control peptides are 8–12 amino acid peptides derived from epitopes of human Cytomegalovirus, Epstein-Barr Virus, and Influenza Virus. Selected for their capacity to bind specific HLA class I molecules and stimulate IFNγ release from CD8+ T cells, CEF peptides serve as positive controls in immunoassays including ELISpot, FluoroSpot, and flow cytometry.
