CMV (Cytomegalovirus) Peptides
Overview
Cytomegalovirus (CMV) peptides are research tools derived from CMV proteins including pp65 and CMV protease. The CMV peptide pool contains 42 peptides from cytomegalovirus epitopes that induce secretion of IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-5, and IL-13 from human CD4 and CD8 T cells. These peptides are used as positive controls in ELISpot, FluoroSpot, and flow cytometry-based immunoassays.
