Overview

Eosinophilotactic peptides (also known as eosinophilotactic tetrapeptides) are short peptide sequences that exhibit selective chemotactic activity for human eosinophils in vitro. At concentrations around 10⁻¹⁰ M, these peptides attract eosinophils and then rapidly deactivate them to both homologous and heterologous stimuli, providing a research tool for studying eosinophil migration and regulation.
