GM-CSF Peptides

Overview

Granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), also known as colony-stimulating factor 2 (CSF2), is a monomeric glycoprotein secreted by T cells, macrophages, mast cells, natural killer cells, endothelial cells, and fibroblasts. Unlike granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF), which specifically promotes neutrophil proliferation, GM-CSF acts broadly on multiple myeloid lineage cells — particularly macrophages and eosinophils — to stimulate differentiation, proliferation, and activation.
