Murine CMV pp 89
Overview
Murine CMV (cytomegalovirus) pp 89 peptide fragments are derived from the immediate-early phase regulatory protein pp 89 of murine cytomegalovirus. The immunodominant epitope pp 89 (168-176) is presented to CD8⁺ T lymphocytes by the H-2 Lᵈ MHC class I molecule, making it an essential tool for studying antiviral CD8⁺ T cell responses and MHC class I-restricted antigen presentation in mouse models.
