PACAP
Overview
Pituitary Adenylate Cyclase-Activating Polypeptide (PACAP) is a multifunctional neuropeptide existing in two biologically active forms—PACAP-38 and PACAP-27. Encoded by the ADCYAP1 gene, PACAP belongs to the VIP/secretin/glucagon superfamily and signals through three class B G protein-coupled receptors. QYAOBIO supplies high-purity PACAP peptides for neurobiology and pharmacology research.
Key Features
- Both PACAP-38 and PACAP-27 forms available, plus truncated and related peptide variants
- ≥95% HPLC purity with LC-MS verification
- Suitable for receptor binding studies, signaling pathway analysis, and neuroprotection research
